Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini bermaksud untuk membantu pihak manajemen Meat House dalam mengatasi permasalahan penilaian kinerja pada karyawan. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih belum adanya sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang sesuai prosedur dalam praktek manajemen sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilakukan selama empat bulan dimulai pada Januari 2019 hingga April 2019. Program yang digunakan dalam melaksanakan kerja praktek ini adalah observasi, wawancara, penyusunan dan penerapan. Hasil riset dan wawancara menghasilkan informasi-informasi yang digunakan dalam penyusunan luaran proyek. Luaran proyek yang dihasilkan pada kerja praktek ini berupa metode penilaian kinerja karyawan. Penulis menyusun metode penilaian kinerja pekerja ini dengan menggunakan program komputer Microsoft Excel. Metode ini dibuat dari penentuan sistem penilaian kinerja, penentuan kriteria penilaian, dan cara perhitungan skor dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metode yang dibuat juga diberikan penyesuaian dan juga pelatihan kepada pemilik usaha. ********************************************************************** Job Training aims to help the management of Meat House in overcoming the problem of performance appraisal on employees. This is due to the absence of an employee performance appraisal system that complies with procedures in human resource management practices. This practical work activity is carried out for four months starting from January 2019 to April 2019. The method used in implementing this practical work is observation, interviews, design and implementation. The results of observations and interviews produce information that is used in the design of project outcomes. The project output resulting from this practical work is in the form of an employee performance appraisal system. The author designs this employee performance appraisal system using the Microsoft Excel computer program. This system is designed starting from determining the performance assessment method, determining the assessment criteria, and how to calculate the score in the assessment of employee performance. The system created was also given orientation and also training for business owners.
