Abstract
Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan tas dan produk fashion kualitas premium di Toko Adore Batam. Penulis membantu merancang dan melakukan program promosi yaitu bauran promosi. Kegiatan kerja praktek dilakukan dengan tujuan agar Toko Adore Batam dapat menemukan program promosi yang tepat sasaran dan efektif sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan toko ini. Kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan dimulai dari awal bulan Juni 2018 sampai dengan bulan September 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini dimulai dengan kunjungan dan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi kerja praktek, wawancara, perancangan sistem dan implementasi hasil kerja praktek. Luaran proyek yang dihasilkan pada kerja praktek ini berupa sistem bauran promosi pada Toko Adore Batam. Sistem promosi dirancang dengan membuat brosur yang dibagikan ke beberapa lokasi di sekitar lokasi toko yaitu di BCS Mal dan juga memperkuat promosi dengan memposting kegiatan promosi yang diadakan di toko di media sosial seperti Instagram agar dapat lebih dikenal oleh konsumen, selain itu juga dipasang lokasi toko pada google maps. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan memperkuat promosi produk tas dan produk fashion di Toko Adore Batam. ********************************************************************** Carry out tasks to increase sales of bags and premium quality fashion products at Toko Adore Batam. The author helps with promotional programs and promotional promotions promotion mix. Practical work activities are carried out with the adore of Toko Adore Batam can find promotional programs that are right on target and effective to increase the income of this store. This practical work is carried out starting from the beginning of June 2018 to September 2018. The method used in the work process, interviews, and work practices. The outcome of the project that resulted in this work was the promotion mix system at the Batam Adore Store. The promotion system is carried out by making organizations spread to several locations around the store location, namely at the BCS Mall and also promoting promotional activities carried out in social media stores such as Instagram to be better known by consumers, as well as the location of the google map store. This aims to increase the volume of product and fashion sales and promotions at Adore Batam Store.
