Abstract

Sistem kasir merupakan sistem program yang untuk membantu proses transaksi bisnis. Fungsi utama dalam sistem kasir adalah membantu proses penjualan disuatu perusahaan yang bisa mengecek stok barang, mengecek harga barang, dan juga laporan penjualan. Toko Pioner masih melakukan penjualan barang dengan sistem secara manual, dan pencatatan stok barang yang masih belum terstruktur dan memerlukan sistem kasir yang bisa membantu menghitung secara otomatis. Sistem kasir berbasis deskop yang dibuat dengan menggunakan C# dan MySQL diharapkan dapat mengelola stok barang secara komputerisasi yang lebih efektif, supaya petugas dapat lebih mudah untuk mengecek stok barang, harga barang, dan laporan penjualan. ********************************************************************** The cashiering system is a systemic program used to assist in the business transaction process. The main function of it includes aiding in sales process in a company which can help to check the stock availability, price of the items as well as generating the sales report. Toko Pioner is currently still using the manual way in keeping the sales book and manually recording the stock ins and outs, which is inefficient and unstructured and this calls out to a cashiering system that can turn the above-mentioned processes into automated ones. This cashiering system is desktop based, which was compiled using C# and MySQL, will enable the users to effectively manage the inventory. This is to smoothen and reduce the time taken for the processes that the staff has to handle.
