Abstract
Pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk membantu PT. Indosurya menilai kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh adanya sistem penilaian pada perusahaan ini. Dengan ini, penulis membantu merancang sistem penilaian untuk perusahaan agar dapat digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja dan mengetahui kekurangan apa yang terjadi selama pekerjaan berlangsung sebelum dilakukannya penilaian. Dalam membuat sistem penilaiaan, penulis pengumpulkan data terdahulu sebelum dibuatnya sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metode yang dilakukan penulis adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan pimpinan perusahaan. Dan desain dari penilaian ini dengan menggunakan penilaian dengan cara memberikan skor pada penilaian. Hasil dari penilaian ini akan dijadikan bahan pertimbangan untuk pimpinan membuat keputusan dan juga dapat digunakan karyawan untuk memperoleh reard dan mempertahankan posisinya. ********************************************************************** The implementation of practical work aims to help PT. Indosurya assesses the performance of employees and knows the effect of the assessment system on this company. With this, the author helps design a scoring system for the company so that it can be used in evaluating performance and knowing the shortcomings of what happened during the work before the assessment was conducted. In making the assessment system, the author collects the previous data before making an employee performance appraisal system. The method carried out by the author is observation and interviews with company leaders. And the design of this assessment uses judgment by giving a score to the assessment. The results of this assessment will be taken into consideration for leaders to make decisions and can also be used by employees to obtain reard and maintain their position.
