Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendukung Usaha Kantin Bu Nunik agar dapat membuat laporan keuangan sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan pada kegiatan operasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kondisi usaha, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan identifikasi masalah. Setelah itu sistem laporan mulai dirancang dan diterapkan sesuai masalah tersebut. Kemudian pada akhirnya dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah program yang dibuat penulis telah membantu permasalahan dari pemilik usaha. Laporan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyajikan laporan keuangan sederhana yang terdiri atas laporan arus kas, laporan laba rugi dan neraca dengan basis Microsoft Excel. Sistem laporan keuangan ini dirancang untuk membandingkan informasi dari waktu ke waktu. Penerapan laporan keuangan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan hingga kedepannya. Kata Kunci : laporan arus kas, laporan laba rugi dan neraca. ********************************************************************** This internship has a purpose to support Mrs. Nunik’s canteen business to be able to make financial report so that writer can make a decision on operational activity. Methods that had been used were interview and observation that was needed to collect information about business condition, then continued with identifying problem. After that, report system was started to be designed and assembled based on the problem. Then at the end, evaluation was done to know whether the financial report that had been made could help the business owner’s problem. This report has a purpose to serve simple financial report such as financial cash flow, income statement and balance sheet with Microsoft Excel base. This financial report system was designed to compare information from time to time. Hope this financial report assembling could be useful for the company for a long time.
