Abstract

Perusahaan pada PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkapalan, yang dimana pada bidang tersebut keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan maupun calon karyawan sangatlah penting untuk di jaga, karena menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja karyawan dengan baik, dapat menentukan hasil dari kinerja yang dilakukan karyawan. Pada proses memperkenalkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, perusahaan mengunakan media seperti spanduk, poster, stiker tanda bahaya dan mensosialisasikan secara langsung tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerjanya. Informasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ini hanya terdapat di dalam perusahaan dan tidak didapatkan ketika berada diluar perusahaan, untuk mengatasi permasalahaan yang telah di hadapi oleh perusahaan PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa dalam proses memperkenalkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi calon karyawan oleh karena itu, dengan menggunakan video yang dapat memberikan seluruh gambaran umum mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dibuat menggunakan perekaman software camtasia studio 9 dan di unggah melalui social media youtube sebagai penyebaran informasi berupa video keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja perusahaan PT. Patria Mairim Perkasa. ********************************************************************** Company at PT. Perkasa Maritime Patria is a company engaged in shipping, in which in the field of work safety and health of employees and prospective employees is very important to maintain, because maintaining the safety and health of employees well, can determine the results of the performance performed by employees. In the process of introducing occupational safety and health, companies use media such as banners, posters, danger signs and socialize their work safety and health directly. This occupational health and safety information is only available within the company and is not obtained when outside the company, to overcome the problems that have been faced by the company PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa is in the process of introducing occupational safety and health to prospective employees, therefore, by using videos that can provide an overall overview of occupational safety and health made using camtasia studio 9 software recording and uploaded via youtube social media as a distribution information in the form of occupational safety and health videos of the company PT.
