Abstract

Beton sering digunakan sebagai salah bahan untuk sebuah pembangunan. Beton terbentuk dari campuran yang terdiri dari semen Portland, agregat halus, agregat kasar, air dan bahan tambahan lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Laporan hasil Kerja Praktek bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kuat tekan beton pada proyek Ruko Papa Mama Residences apakah telah memenuhi syarat yang sesuaikn RKS (Rencana Kerja dan Syarat – Syarat). Seluruh pekerjaan pembangnan pada proyek ini berperan sebagai populasi dalam kajian kerja praktek ini. Sedangkan pekerjaan beton pada struktur Proyek Ruko Papa Mama Residences berperan sebagai sampel dalam kerja praktek ini. Yaitu diuji dengan cara mengambil sampel beton pada setiap elemen struktur dan di buat kedalam sebuah cetakan yang berukuran 150 x 150 x 150 mm. Beton yang dipakai merupakan beton hasil produksi ready mix dari PT. Citra Beton Yang berlokasi di Tanjung Uncang Batam. Hasil slump yang dipakai pada proyek ini adalah 170 ± 30 mm. Hasil mutu yang dipakai adalah hasil dari pengujian laboratorium PT. Citra Beton. Analisis data menggunakan hasil kuat tekan beton umur 7, 14 dan 28 hari dengan pengambilan rata-rata 3 kelompok sampel dalam satu adukan serta nilai rata-rata dari 3 benda uji secara berurutan. Dari Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pada umur ke-28 hari mutu beton yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 25.3 MPa. Mutu tersebut sudah memenuhi dan melebihi standar yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu sebesar 22.5 MPa. Sehingga beton tersebut dinyatakan telah memenuhi syarat untuk digunakan. ********************************************************************** Concrete is often used as a building material by mixing portland cement, water and aggregates as well as chemical additives for certain purposes. This final report intends to know the quality of the concrete compressive strength in the Ruko Papa Mama Residences project whether it meets the fc 'required according to the RKS. The population of this study is all the development work that is on this project. As for the sample or example is a concrete work structure on the construction of the Ruko Papa Mama Residences project. By taking samples of concrete cylinders test on each structural element. The concrete used is ready mix concrete from PT. Citra Beton Yang located in Tanjung Uncang Batam. The slump value used in the project is 17 cm. The concrete quality used is the Laboratory of PT. Concrete Image. Data analysis using the results of concrete compressive strength aged 7, 14 and 28 days with an average of 3 groups of specimens in one mixture and the average value of 3 specimens in sequence. From the results of tests conducted showed that at the age of 28 days the quality of the concrete produced was 25.3 MPa. The quality has met and exceeds the standards set by the company that is equal to 22.5 MPa. So that concrete was declared to have fulfilled the requirements for use.
