Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan mutu suatu proyek pada Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Puri Khayangan Residence. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek yang dilakukan dalam waktu tiga (3) bulan terhitung sejak 11 Februari 2019 s.d. 11 Mei 2019. Metode Kerja Praktek yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanannya ialah metode observasi,wawancara, dan deskriptif. Dengan dilakukannya kerja praktek, penulis dapat memperoleh pengalaman dan ilmu baru tentang metode dan sistem pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada proyek konstruksi. Semasa kerja praktek, penulis dapat mengetahui cara pelaksanan pekerjaan, tahap-tahap pembangunan struktur, serta metode perawatan. Berdasarkan hasil laporan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh penulis, mutu proyek dalam Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Puri Khayangan terbilang cukup bagus dikarenakan mutu yang diatas standar yang direncanakan. Dan mutu yang dijaga itu tetap diuji sesuai dengan standar. ********************************************************************** This internship program aims to control the quality of a project in the Puri Khayangan Residence Apartment project. Internship program activities carried out within three (3) months from February 11, 2019 until May 11, 2019. The methods of intership program applied in the implementation were the observation, interview and descriptive methods. By doing the internship, the author can gain experience and new knowledge about the methods and systems of implementation carried out on construction projects. During internship program, the author can find out how to carry out the work, stages of structural development, and treatment methods. Based on the results of the report that has been carried out by the author, the quality of the project in the Puri Khayangan Apartment Project is quite good because the quality is above the planned standard. And the quality that is maintained is still tested according to the standard.
