Abstract

Kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh BAAK UIB dalam memanajemen ATK. BAAK UIB merupakan sebuah instansi yang dimiliki oleh UIB dan salah satu tugas BAAK UIB adalah menyediakan peminjaman ATK ruangan kepada dosen atau siapapun yang ingin menggunakan fasilitas ruangan. Proyek ini merupakan sistem informasi yang berbasis android dan berbasis web untuk membantu BAAK UIB dalam mengatur dan mengendalikan ATK secara langsung. Semua status untuk setiap pemakaian ruangan juga akan ditampilkan secara langsung. Penulis menggunakan metode waterfall atau metode SDLC untuk melakukan penelitian dan menggunakan metode wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan untuk merancang aplikasi. Implementasi aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan server UIB. Berdasarkan respon dari prosedur implementasi, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa sistem ini telah menyelesaikan masalah seperti dirancangnya. ********************************************************************** The internship aims to solve the problem that are currently being faces by BAAK UIB in the matters of office stationary management. BAAK UIB is an agency that is owned by UIB and one of the duty that BAAK UIB have is to provide office stationary to lecturers or anyone who wants to use classroom facilities. The project are android-based and web-based information system to help BAAK UIB in organizing and control the office stationary in real-time manner. All status of each classroom usage are also displayed in real-time. We used waterfall or SDLC method to conduct the research and using interview to gather data necessary to develop the application. The implementation of the application was using the UIB’s server. Based on implementation procedure response, we conclude that this system have solved the problem as designed.
