Abstract

Kerja praktek bertujuan untuk mempelajari serta menganalisa metode pekerjaan pelat dan balok lantai 4 pada proyek pembangunan ruko Kawasan SP Plaza Batu Aji. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini menjadi salah satu tugas wajib setiap mahasiswa untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini adalah pengamatan secara langsung, melakukan wawancara, pemahaman gambar kerja, dan pengambilan dokumentasi. Metode pekerjaan pelat dan balok lantai 4 ini menggunakan metode konvensional dimana pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan langsung ditempat dengan menggunakan bekisting serta perancah. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan analisa yang telah dilaksanakan oleh penulis pekerjaan pelat dan balok lantai 4 ruko Kawasan SP Plaza telah sesuai dengan gambar kerja dengan tebal pelat 12cm dan ukuran balok 40cm x 20cm dengan jarak bentang 5meter dimana ukuran tersebut telah sesuai dengan PBBI. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to study and analyse the working methods of plate and beam 4th floor in development SP Plaza area. This practical work activity is one of a mandatory task for every student to obtain a Bachelor's degree. The methods used for data collection in this practical work is direct observation, an interview, understand working drawings, and taking documentation. The methods used for development plate and beam 4th floor is conventional methods which is the work carried directly in place using formwork and scaffolding. Based on the observation and analyze of the author during practical work, the methods of development plate and beam 4th floor in batu aji SP Plaza area are in accordance with the working drawings with thick of plate is 12cm and dimension of beam is 40cm x 20cm with range of column 5meter which is accordance with PBBI.
