Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu pemilik usaha yaitu Mammoth Gym dalam mengembangkan statregi promosi usaha yang dikelola ini dengan menggunakan bauran promosi. Bauran promosi ini mencakup kegiatan advertising dan sales promotion. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilakukan selama empat bulan dimulai pada Juli 2018 sampai dengan Oktober 2018. Penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan langsung ke lokasi kerja dan juga wawancara pada pemilik usaha. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menghasilkan informasi-informasi yang digunakan dalam perancangan luaran proyek. Luaran proyek yang dihasilkan pada kerja praktek ini berupa penerapan elemen dari bauran promosi untuk meningkatkan angka penjualan usaha. Penulis merancang sistem bauran promosi ini dengan merancang program diskon untuk pelanggan setia Mammoth Gym, mempromosikan kegiatan Mammoth Gym keberadaan melalui saluran digital marketing, seperti Facebook dan Instagram. Sistem yang dibuat juga diberikan orientasi dan juga pelatihan kepada pemilik usaha. ********************************************************************** This work practice is carried out with the aim of helping business owners, namely Mammoth Gym in developing businesses that are managed by using the promotion mix. This promotion mix includes advertising and sales promotion activities. This work practice is carried out for four months starting from July 2018 to October 2018. The author uses the method of direct observation to the work location and also interviews with business owners. Workmanship and interviews produce information that is in the design of the project output. The project output that results in this work is the application of elements of the promotion mix to increase business sales figures. This work practice program is used for the Mammoth Gym loyalty program, Mammoth Gym shopping activities through digital marketing, such as Facebook and Instagram. The system created is also given and training for business owners.
