Abstract

Kerja Praktek sebagai salah satu matae kuliah wajib untuk syarat kelulusan Program Studi S-1. Sebagai bentuk awal mahasiswa untuk memasuki kehidupan di masyarakat khususnyad dunia Industri. Sebagai sarana penerapan ilmu yang telah didapat selama proses perkuliahan. Proyek pembangunan Gedung Park Mall Avenuen di Orchard Park Batam PT. Dimas Pratama Indah, merupakane proyek pembangunan Mall yang berlokasi di Orchard Park Batam, Batam Centre yang mana gedungm tersebut akan di fungsikan sebagai gedung niaga, kantor, pusat pembelajaan elit dan lain-lain. Pembangunan Mall inim berbeda dengan mall-mall yang ada di Batam, karena dengan bangunan seluas 9.000 meter persegi di atas lahan 2,4 hektar itu akan dibuat hutan kota dengan konsep lifestyle and entertainment center di Park Avenue ini akan dipadukan juga dengan konsep hijau atau green public space, dimana bangunan nantinya akan dikelilingi ruang terbuka dan taman hijau die tengah-tengah area cafe, resto, dan hyperstore dll. Adapuns beban yang akan menahan adalah beban hidup dan beban mati yang sangat besar maka dibutuhkan perencanaan yang sangat tepat dan teliti agar pembangunan mampu menahan beban-beban yang diterima dengan baik.
