Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BAAK Universitas Internasional Batam yang membutuhkan sebuah Media Sosialisasi untuk kegiatan Pengisian KRS. Metode Penelitian yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini adalah metode penelitian terapan dengan teknik studi pustaka, metode wawancara dan angket. Hasil Kerja Praktek ini adalah sebuah Video Animasi yang terdiri dari masalah-masalah umum saat pengisian KRS, aturan pengisian KRS, dan kontak yang bisa dihubungi, yang dirancang menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Photoshop CS6, dan VideoScribe. Hasil diimplementasikan ke televisi yang berada di Kantor BAAK. Survey yang dilakukan pada 105 responden dari prodi dan semester yang berbeda di Universitas Internasional Batam menemukan bahwa 90% responden menganggap penerapan animasi 2D sebagai media sosialisasi pengisian KRS efektif. ********************************************************************** This Project’s objective it to handle problem faced by BAAK Universitas Internasional Batam which need a socialization media for KRS Entry. Method used in this project is interview, literature study, and questioner. The result in form of animation video which contents are general problem, rules and contact, are designed using Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Adobe Photoshop Pro CS6 and VideoScribe. This video is implemented on TV located in BAAK main office. Survey involving 105 respondent from different school and class in Universitas Internasional Batam are reaching concensus that 90.5% respondent agreed that usage of 2D animation as socialization media is effective.
