Abstract

Kerja Praktek adalah suatu kegiatan selama perkuliahan yang menunjang mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran untuk mencoba masuk ke dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Kerja praktek bertujuan untuk mendapat pengetahuan mengenai apa yang terjadi dalam dunia kerja dalam hal ini seperti cara pengoperasian alat berat, metode dalam pekerjaan konstruksi, manajemen pada proyek, dan bagaimana pemecahan masalah dan solusi yang harus diambil terhadap permasalahan konstruksi yang terjadi pada proyek. Dalam mengumpulkan data-data ataupun materi yang diperlukan untuk penyusunan laporan kerja praktek menggunakan metode pengamatan, pengumpulan data, wawancara atau interview, dan studi literatur. Sumber data penelitian pada laporan kerja praktek ini didapat dari Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Formosa Residence Batam. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan dimulai pada 01 Maret 2018 s.d. 01 Juni 2018. Dalam masa kerja praktek ini penulis mendapatkan ilmu berupa tata pelaksanaan atau proses pelaksanaan dalam suatu proyek. Teknik yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam mengumpulan data-data yang di perlukan adalah cara survey atau pengamatan pekerjaan lapangan secara langsung. Dari Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini penulis mendapatkan hasil yaitu total pengecoran balok lantai 20 adalah sebesar 367,1481377 m3. Beton merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi. ********************************************************************** Practical work is an activity during the lectures that support the students in learning to try to break into the real world of work. Practical work aimed to gain knowledge about what is happening in the world of work in this regard such as the operation of heavy equipment, the method of construction work on the project management, and how solving the problem and the solution to be taken against construction problems that occur on the project. In gathering the data and material required for the preparation of practical work using methods of observation, data collection, interview or interviews, and literature studies. Source of research data on this practical work report obtained from Formosa Apartment Building Project Residence Batam. This practice activities carried out for 3 months starting March 1, 2018 till June 1, 2018. During this practical work the author get the knowledge in the form of order execution or implementation process in a project. The technique is done by the author in gathering data in need is a way of field work surveys or direct observation. This practice of activity authors get the result that the total foundry floor beams 20 is equal to 367.1481377 m3. Concrete is very needed in construction.
