Abstract

Dunia pariwisata semakin tahun semakin berkembang, salah satu sektor yang memiliki pengaruh serta peran yang signifikan dalam perkembangan perekonomian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh ekspetasi wisatawan, persepsi kualitas, persepsi nilai, citra destinasi serta persepsi biaya resiko terhadap tingkat kepuasan wisatawan di Kota Batam. Berbagai produk wisata yang hadir sebagai pendukung dari kegiatan pariwisata, sarana prasarana dan infrastruktur yang tersedia menjadikan faktor yang mempengaruhi di penilaian dari kepuasan para wisatawan baik itu wisatawan domestik yang menikmati nya maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Populasi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini tertuju kepada wisatawan domestik yang berkunjung ke Kota Batam terutama berbagai tempat wisata di Kota Batam. Penyebaran kuesioner yang digunakan menggunakan One Shot Study. Menggunakan jenis data yaitu data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner Pengujian penelitian tersebut diuji menggunakan metode non-probabilty sampling dengan jumlah sampel mencapai 306 responden wisatawan domestik. Maka hal ini penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul “Faktor Yang Dapat Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Wisatawan ke Kota Batam” yang menjadi tugas akhir dari mata kuliah skripsi di Universitas Internasional Batam. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan oleh wisatawan terhadap kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh wisatawan untuk mengunjungi suatu destinasi. ********************************************************************** The world of tourism is increasingly growing, one sector that has a significant influence and role in the development of the economy in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, destination image and perceived cost of risk on the level of tourist satisfaction in Batam City. Various tourism products that are present as supporters of tourism activities, infrastructure and available infrastructure make the factors that influence the assessment of the satisfaction of tourists, both domestic tourists who enjoy it and foreign tourists. The population used in this study is aimed at domestic tourists who visit Batam City, especially various tourist attractions in Batam City. Distribution of questionnaires used using the One Shot Study. Using the type of data, namely primary data using a questionnaire Testing the research was tested using non-probabilty sampling method with a sample size reaching 306 respondents of domestic tourists. Writer interested in conducting research with the title "Factors That May Affect Tourist Satisfaction in Batam City" which is the final task of the thesis course at Batam International University. The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence given by tourists to the satisfaction felt by tourists to visit a destination.
