Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari dilaksanakannya Kerja Praktek ini ialah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terdapat pada PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Cabang Madya Komersil Batam, adapun kesimpulan yang dapat penulis berikan demi mewujudkan tujuan tersebut adalah dengan cara pembuatan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Perancangan tersebut merupakan luaran proyek sebagaimana tertuang dalam laporan hasil dari kerja praktek ini. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langung oleh penulis selama penulis melakukan kerja praktek, kurangnya sosialisasi terhadap karyawan di PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) Cabang Madya Komersil Batam atas Perjanjian Kerja Bersama yang mengatur segala hal terkait pengoperasian perusahaan tersebut mengakibatkan karyawan hanya mengetahui kewajiban yang harus mereka jalankan selama bekerja, tidak dengan hak-hak istimewa yang dapat mereka peroleh tanpa harus dikenakan pemotongan upah, dalam pengoperasian perusahaan tidak harus pekerja laki-laki saja, karena sudah adanya emansipasi wanita, tidak lagi ada perbedaan terhadap laki-laki maupun perempuan, dalam segi apapun termasuk pekerjaan pekerjaan dan hal lainnya. Namun, sebagai pekerja, perempuan sangatlah rentan terhadap perampasan hak-hak sebagai pekerja. Sehingga, diperlukan perlindungan terhadap hak-hak perempuan. Secara global, hak-hak perempuan telah diatur dan juga diadopsi serta diberlakukan di masing-masing negara. Minimnya karyawan yang mengetahui isi dari perjanjian kerja bersama dikarenakan adanya kekhawatiran dari pihak perusahaan apabila tersebar luas ke luar Perusahaan oleh karyawan yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Atas pertimbangan tersebut, penulis memberikan solusi dengan cara membuat rancangan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang berisi tentang pengajuan cuti serta isi dari kontrak kerja. Luaran dari proyek ini merupakan Standar Operasional Prosedur dari Pengajuan Cuti dan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) serta Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (PKWTT). Sehingga adanya standar operasional prosedur ini, diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak-dampak positif terhadap kedua belah pihak. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the implementation of this Job Training is to solve the problems found at PT. Bureau of Indonesian Classification Batam Commercial Branch, as for the conclusions that the author can give to realize these goals is by making the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The design is a project output as stated in the report on the results of this practical work. From observations carried out directly by the author as long as the author does practical work, the lack of socialization of employees at PT. The Batam Commercial Classification Bureau (BKI) of the Commercial Branch of the Collective Labor Agreement which regulates all matters relating to the operation of the company results in employees only knowing the obligations they must carry out while working, not with the privileges they can obtain without having to be deducted from wages, in the operation of the company it does not have to be male workers, because there has been an emancipation of women, there is no longer a difference between men and women, in any case including work and other matters. However, as workers, women are very vulnerable to the deprivation of rights as workers. Thus, protection of women's rights is needed. Globally, women's rights have been regulated and also adopted and enforced in each country. The lack of employees who know the contents of the collective labor agreement is due to concerns from the company if it is spread out to the Company by irresponsible employees. Based on these considerations, the author provides a solution by making a draft Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which contains the filing of leave and the contents of the employment contract. The output of this project is the Standard Operating Procedure of Filing Leave and Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT) and Non-Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWTT). With the operational standard of this procedure, it can have a positive impact on both parties.
