Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas orang tua siswa. Penelitian ini juga menguji kepuasan orang tua, reputasi sekolah, dan nilai jual sekolah sebagai variabel mediasi antara kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas orang tua siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang tua siswa SMP swasta yang memiliki jenjang SMA dalam satu Yayasan di Tanjungpinang yaitu SMP Pelita Nusantara, SMP Maitreya Wira, SMP Katolik, dan SMP Djuwita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan jumlah populasi 834 orang tua. Dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan, maka didapat sampel sebanyak 260 responden. Model penelitian ini diuji menggunakan data survei yang berhubungan langsung dengan loyalitas orang tua siswa SMP swasta di Tanjungpinang dan kemudian akan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, reputasi sekolah, dan nilai jual sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas orang tua siswa. Sedangkan kepuasan orang tua tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas orang tua. ********************************************************************** This study aims to determine the relationship between service qualities on the student?s parent?s loyalty. This study also tested the satisfaction of parents, school reputation, and school selling points as a mediating variable between service quality and student?s parents loyalty.The population in this study was all parents of Junior High School students who had a high school level in one foundation in Tanjungpinang. Those are Pelita Nusantara Junior High School, Maitreya Wira Junior High School, Catholic Junior High School, and Djuwita Junior High School. This study uses probability sampling method with a population of 834 parents. By using Krejcie and Morgan tables, 260 respondent samples were obtained. This research model was tested using survey data that is directly related to the parent?s loyalty of vocational Junior High School students in Tanjungpinang and will then be processed using the SPSS program version 25.0.The results of this study shows that the variables of service quality, school reputation, and school selling points have a significant effect toward the parent?s loyalty whereas parent?s satisfaction does not have a significant effect on parent?s loyalty.
