Abstract
Tujuan melakukan kegiatan penelitian kali ini yaitu dalam rangka untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang hubungan antara variabel motivasi belajar matematika, sikap terhadap pelajaran matematika dan minat belajar matematika serta kompetensi pedagogoik terhadap variabel prestasi belajar siswa. Dalam memproses kegiatan penelitian kali ini yang dipakai sebagai sampel atau sasaran penelitian yaitu memakai beberapa siswa kelas 9 pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Kota Batam. Proses pemilihan sampel dalam penelitaian ini menerapkan metode nonprobabilitas sampling. Sampel yang diambil untuk mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 400 siswa. Proses Analisis hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan dan dikembalikan kepada peneliti kemudian dipilah-pilah seterusnya diolah memakai program statistic SPSS versi Ke 23.0. Pengolahan data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner telah diproses, dan menganalisis terhadap hasil kuesioner yang telah didapatkan sudah dilaksanakan, maka diperolehlah hasil yang sangat memuaskan yaitu 90,3%, ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar matematika, sikap terhadap pelajaran matematika dan minat belajar matematika serta kompetensi pedagogoik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. ********************************************************************** The purpose of conducting this research is to obtain information about relations between mathematics learning motivation variable, behavior towards mathematics subject, mathematics learning interest and pedagogic competency to student academic achievement variable. Samples or research targets used in the study are several 9th Grade students of Public Junior High School in Batam City. The process of sample selection is done through non-probability sampling method. Samples taken to fill out the questionnaire were 400 students. The questionnaire results were later selected and processed by statistical program such as version 23.0 SPSS. Data processing are obtained from the processed questionnaire and the analysis of questionnaire results have also been carried out, therefore a final and very satisfying result of 90,3% is generated. This shows that mathematics learning motivation, behavior towards mathematics subject, mathematics learning interest and pedagogic competency has significant impact towards student academic achievement.
