Abstract
Kinerja adalah ujung tombak dan tolak ukur dalam memajukan sebuah perusahaan. Hal ini lah yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pekerja yang berada di kawasan industrial Batamindo, dikarenakan Kawasan inilah yang terbesar dalam bidang manufakturing di batam Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan untuk melihat para karyawan di kawasan industrial yang ada di Kota Batam, yaitu Batamindo Industrial Park yang apakah faktor-faktor seperti motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan, kepuasan kerja dan juga kompensasi dapat mempengaruhinya Metode regresi linear berganda diaplikasikan dalam rangka untuk menguji hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa variabel bebas motivasi kerja (X1), kepemimpinan (X2), pelatihan (X3), pemberdayaan (X4), kepuasan kerja (X5), dan kompensasi (X6) berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat, kinerja karyawan (Y) Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan olah data bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel bebas (Pelatihan, Pemberdayaan, kepuasan kerja dan juga kompensasi) berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan di kawasan Industrial Batamindo. Hasil lainnya yaitu secara parsial, Motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. ********************************************************************** Performance is the spearhead and benchmark in advancing a company. This is what underlies this research conducted on workers in the Batamindo industrial area, because this area is the largest in the field of manufacturing in Batam This thesis research was conducted to see employees in the industrial area in Batam City, namely Batamindo Industrial Park, whether factors such as work motivation, leadership, training, empowerment, job satisfaction and compensation can influence it. Multiple linear regression methods were applied in order to test the hypothesis which states that work motivation independent variables (X1), leadership (X2), training (X3), empowerment (X4), job satisfaction (X5), and compensation (X6) affect the dependent variable, employee performance (Y) The results obtained after data processing that simultaneously the three independent variables (Training, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and also compensation) have a significantly positive effect on the dependent variable of employee performance in the Batamindo Industrial Area. Other results are partially, work motivation, and leadership have a significant negative effect on employee performance.
