Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi didefinisikan sebagai terlambatnya pelaksanaan pekerjaan kontruksi yang batas waktu peyelesaiannya yang melampaui dari waktu yang telah ditentukan dalam surat perjanjian, atau dari waktu yang telah disetujui oleh pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan penyelesaian proyek konstruksi. Faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstrusi, dimana faktor- faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek kostruksi di kelompokan menjadi 8 kelompok variabel bebas yaitu masalah terkait penggunan jasa, masalah terkait kontraktor, masalah terkait tenaga kerja dan peralatan, masalah terkait konsultan, masalah terkait material, masalah terkait masyarakat, masalah terkait hubungan kontrak dan masalah eksternal. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 115 orang responden yang berasal dari unsur yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan proyek kontsruksi di Kabupaten Karimun. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan Uji hipotesis memakai metode regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statisical Package for Sosial Science (SPSS) versi 24. Hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa 8 variabel bebas mempengaruhi secara signifikan sebagai faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstruksi di Kabupaten Karimun ********************************************************************** The delay in construction project is defined as the delay in the execution of construction work, the time limit for which the construction is exceeded from the time specified in the agreement, or from the time agreed by the parties involved in carrying out the completion of a construction project Factors causing construction project delays, where the factors causing construction project delays are grouped in 8 groups of independent variables namely client related issue, contractor related isssue, labor and equipment related issue, consultant related issue, material related issue, community related issue, contractual related issue and exsternal issue. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative using 115 respondents, The data is then analysed using validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing it using multiple regression methods using a statical package for social science. The results of data processing can be seen that out of the eight independent variables that significantly influence factors causing delays in construction project in Karimun district.
