Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ciri-ciri kepribadian yaitu kendali diri, dorongan berprestasi, toleransi resiko dan kesadaran kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kabupaten Karimun. Niat kewirausahaan adalah keinginan untuk mencapai keberhasilan untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas, melakukan inovasi, berani mengambil resiko dan bekerja keras untuk memanfaatkan sebuah peluang dengan begitu hasil kebijakan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kabupaten Karimun, total populasi Aparatur Sipil Negara dari 8 (delapan) Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di kabupaten karimun yang dijadikan objek penelitian peneliti adalah sebanyak 334 responden, metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probabilitas sampling. Terdiri dari variabel independen yaitu kendali diri, dorongan berprestasi, toleransi resiko dan kesadaran kewirausahaan dan variabel dependen yaitu niat kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian terbukti adanya pengaruh signifikan antara kendali diri, dorongan berprestasi, toleransi resiko dan kesadaran kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan pada Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kabupaten Karimun. Niat kewirausahaan sangat dibutuhkan Aparatur Sipil Negara agar Aparatur Sipil Negara mampu berinovasi, kreatif, optimis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja serta kewajibannya sebagai abdi negara serta mampu mengindentifikasi peluang usaha, kemudian mendayagunakan peluang usaha tersebut untuk menciptakan peluang kerja baru pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Karimun. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of personality traits namely self-control, achievement motivation, risk tolerance and entrepreneurial awareness on entrepreneurial intentions in the State Civil Apparatus in Karimun District. Entrepreneurial intention is the desire to achieve success to develop creativity, innovate, take risks and work hard to take advantage of an opportunity so that policy results are more effective and efficient. This research was carried out on the State Civil Apparatus in Karimun District, the total population of the State Civil Apparatus of 8 (eight) Regional Device Organizations (OPD) in Karimun district as the object of research was 334 respondents, the sampling method used was non-probability sampling . Consisting of independent variables namely self-control, achievement motivation, risk tolerance and entrepreneurial awareness and the dependent variable is entrepreneurial intention. The results of the study proved a significant influence between selfcontrol, achievement motivation, risk tolerance and entrepreneurial awareness on entrepreneurial intentions in the State Civil Apparatus in Karimun District. Entrepreneurial intentions are needed by the State Civil Apparatus so that the State Civil Apparatus is able to innovate, be creative, be optimistic in improving work ability and its obligations as a servant of the state and able to identify business opportunities, then utilize these business opportunities to create new job opportunities in the Regional Device Organization (OPD) in Karimun Regency.
