Abstract
Penelitian yang dilakukan ini mempunyai tujuan dalam mengetahui Analisis Efek Mediasi Leader Member Exchange terhadap Emotional Intelligence, Job Statisfaction Dan Turnover Inventition Karyawan Shipyard di kota Batam Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini dengan melakukan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 280 responden dari lima perusahaan shipyard yang ada di kota batam. Setelah melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dikumpulkan kembali oleh penulis, terdapat 261kuisioner yang di isi dengan lengkap sehingga bisa dilakukan pengujian data oleh penulis dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS). Dari hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara semua variabel yang diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa sangat penting bagi manajemen perusahaan Shipyard dalam memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar pada variabel yang telah diteliti, karena semua variabel yang telah diteliti berhubungan sangat erat dengan kinerja karyawan sehingga jika perusahaan ingin meningkatkan karyawannya maka harus lebih diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. ********************************************************************** This research aimed to identify the analysis of the mediation effects of leader-member exchange on emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and shipyard employee inventory turnover in Batam city. This research conducted by performing a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 280 respondents from five shipyard companies in Batam city. After distributing the collected questionnaire, 261 questionnaires were filled in completely so that the authors could test the data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) application program. From the results of data processing, it is identified that there is relationship between all the variables studied. From the results of the conducted research, Shipyard company management needs to pay greater attention to the variables that have been studied because all the variables are very closely related to employee performance with the intention of the company wants to increase its employees; it must be further improved and expanded.
