Abstract
Laporan penulis bertujuan untuk memahami dampak dari struktur dewan dan kepemilikan perusahaan pada pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Variabel tujukan pada direktur independen, kepemilikan manajemen, kepemilikan keluarga, kepemilika ninstitusional, serta kepemilikan keluarga manajemen. Perusahaan yang dijadikan sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 252 dalam periode 2013 hingga 2017. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk meneliti lebih lanjut data yang telah di input. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini mengindikasi adanya dampak yang dapat ditimbulkan dari varibel dewan direktur independen, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajemen, kepemilikan keluarga dan kepemilikan manajemen keluarga pada pengungkapan CSR. ********************************************************************** The author's report aims to understand the impact of the board structure and company ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility in Indonesia. These variables are the independence of the board, institutional ownership, management ownership, family ownership, and family management ownership. The companies sampled in this study amounted to 252 in the period 2013 to 2017. The purposive sampling method was used to further examine the data that was inputted. The results obtained from this study indicate the impact that can be caused by the variables of the independent board of directors, institutional ownership, management ownership, family ownership and family management ownership on CSR disclosure.
