Abstract
Menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer, penerapan dalam media publikasi dibutuhkan untuk memberikan informasi terhadap masyarakat sehingga banyak orang mengetahui tentang berita, atau kabar tentang pembahasan yang diberikan dengan penggunaan video, masyarakat dapat mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai tempat yang di perlihatkan dengan video. Video publikasi dibuat dengan aplikasi Adobe Premiere CC 2018, Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. Tujuan dari peneilitian ini adalah agar penulis dapat mengerti tentang perancangan video publikasi dengan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Penulis berharap video publikasi dengan pendekatan cinematic dapat memperjelas serta dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dalam penyampaian informasi tentang Sembulang. ********************************************************************** Using computer technology, the application in publicity media is needed to provide information to the public so that many people know about the news, or news about the discussions provided with the use of video, the public can find a clear picture of the place shown with the video. Video publications are made with the Adobe Premiere CC 2018 application, Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. The purpose of this research is so that writers can understand about designing video publications using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The author hopes that the publication video with the cinematic approach can clarify and increase the effectiveness in delivering information about Sembulang.
