Abstract

Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP), Dilahirkan dalam rangka untuk mengawasi dan mengimbangi (check and balance) dari kinerja dari Bawaslu dan KPU dan jajarannya. DKPP memiliki fungsi dan tugas dalam memutuskan dan memeriksa pengaduan atas adanya dugaan pelanggaran kode etik yang di lakukan oleh para penyelenggara pemilu, dasar lahirnya DKPP yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2011 pasal 109 tentang Penyelenggara Pemilu. DKPP secara resmi lahir pada tanggal 12 Juni 2012 dengan komposisi keanggotaan yang cukup membanggakan. Dengan Lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pemilu dimana disana juga dibahas mengenai Penyelenggara Pemilu yang terdiri dari Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) dan Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKKP) semua menunjukan perannya masing-masing sebagai Penyelenggara pemilu namun peran DKPP sebagai penengakan dari Kode Etik Penyelenggara Pemilu, mempunyai peran menangani dugaan pelanggaran kode etik penyelenggara pemilu, berdasarkan laporan pengaduan masuk ke DKPP Pada awal tahun 2019 Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) RI memberhentikan anggota Bawaslu Kota Batam dengan Surat keputusan perkara itu bernomor 280/DKPP-PKE-VII/2018 dan 281/DKPP-PKE-VII/2018. Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan Saudara Suryadi Prabu terbukti melanggar kode etik, Saudara Suryadi Prabu diketahui melanggar kode etik karena meminta sumbangan kepada setiap anggota Panwaslu se-Kecamatan Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** The General Election Organizer (DKPP), which is devoted to balance and supervise (check and balance) the performance of the KPU and Bawaslu and their staff. DKPP has the duty to examine and decide on complaints and / or reports of alleged violations of the code of ethics committed by the election organizer. Establishment of DKPP based on Law Number 15 of 2011 article 109 concerning Election Organizer. DKPP was officially born on June 12, 2012 with a composition that is quite encouraging. Law Number 7 of 2017 Regarding Elections where there are also discussed about the Election Organizer consisting of the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) and the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKKP) all show their respective roles as Organizers election but the role of DKPP as the enforcement of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics, has the role of handling alleged violations of the election organizer's code of ethics, based on reports of complaints entered into DKPP In early 2019 the Indonesian Election Management Honorary Council (DKPP) dismissed Batam City Election Supervisory Body members with the case number 280 / DKPP-PKE-VII / 2018 and 281 / DKPP-PKE-VII / 2018. After conducting the investigation, Mr. Suryadi Prabu was proven to have violated the code of ethics, Mr. Suryadi Prabu was found to have violated the code of ethics for asking for donations to every Panwaslu member in Batam City.
