Abstract
Penulis mengangkat judul penelitian ini dengan itikad baik yang barmaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pemenuhan Perlindungan Hak Kesehatan Anak melalui Program Imunisasi di Kota Batam yang dalam hal ini apakah program imunisasi yang dijalankan telah efektif dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada serta bertujuan untuk mengurangi angka kematian anak di usia dini dan meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan dalam masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan metode empiris yaitu dengan melakukan penelitian dilapangan lewat wawancara dan pengumpulan data lapangan dari narasumbernya langsung serta mengkaitkan hasil penelitian dengan teori dan hukum yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan oleh Penulis dalam bentuk penulisan yang bersifat deskriptif dan rinci. Dari serangkaian penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan, Penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa keefektifan program imunisasi dalam hal untuk memenuhi Hak Kesehatan Anak di Kota Batam telah terpenuhi sebagian dan dijalankan sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ada, namun terdapat beberapa faktor yang menghambat kegiatan penyelenggaraan program imunisasi sehingga Pemenuhan Hak Kesehatan Anak tidak terimplementasi secara optimal/penuh. ********************************************************************** The author raises the title of this research in good faith, which means to find out how the Fulfillment of the Protection of Children's Health Rights through the Immunization Program in Batam City, in this case whether the immunization program that has been implemented has been effective and in accordance with existing regulations and aims to reduce child mortality in the age early and improve the level of welfare in society. In carrying out this research, the author uses the empirical method that is by conducting research in the field through interviews and field data collection from the sources directly and linking the results of the research with the theories and related laws. The results of the study were concluded by the author in the form of descriptive and detailed writing. From a series of studies and analyzes conducted, the author concludes that the effectiveness of the immunization program in terms of fulfilling the Children's Health Rights in Batam City has been partially fulfilled and is carried out in accordance with existing regulations, but there are several factors that hinder the implementation of the immunization program so that the fulfillment of the Rights Children's health is not implemented optimally / fully.
