Abstract
Bidang perbankan nasional merupakan kegiatan usaha yang turut berperan dalam usaha menyukseskan pembangunan nasional selain untuk mengumpulkan dana dan menyalurkan kredit bagi pelaku usaha dan pembangunan nasional.Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan dari perusahaan yang bergerak dalam perbankan nasional. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian maka disebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 300 responden untuk mendapatkan data di Batam. Sebanyak 288 kuesioner yang kembali digunakan untuk pengujian data. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara hamper semua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan positif antara variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi kecuali kompensasi. Karena hampir semua variabel tersebut diatas berhubungan erat dengan komitmen organisasional sehingga bila manajemen perusahaan manufaktur ingin meningkatkan komitmen kerja karyawan maka semua variabel tersebut diatas harus bisa ditingkatkan ********************************************************************** The national banking sector is a business activity that participates in efforts to succeed in national development in addition to raising funds and extending credit to businesses and national development. This research discusses the relationship between development variables, work environment, compensation, job satisfaction and its effect on organizational cooperation in companies from companies engaged in national banking. To get research data, 300 respondents were distributed to get the data in Batam. A total of 288 questionnaires were used again for data testing. From the results of processing the data with SPSS it is known to be related to the relationship between all the agreed variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between the variables of leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction with organizational commitment except rewards. Because all of these variables are related to organizational commitment, company management is needed to increase work commitment, so all of the above variables must be able to be improved
