Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap retensi karyawan melalui keterlibatan organisasi pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Variabel mediasi adalah keterlibatan organisasi. Dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah retensi karyawan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kota Batam. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada auditor sebanyak 175 kuesioner. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode statistik analisis faktor konfirmatori, regresi berganda dan analisis jalur melalui program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen retensi karyawan yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan organisasi pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** This study aims to empirically examine the effect of a work environment and compensation for employee retention through the organization's engagement in the Rural Bank. This analysis uses the independent variable is a supportive working environment and compensation. Mediating variable is the organization engagement. And the dependent variable in this research is employee retention. Samples from this study are employees of the Rural Bank in Batam. The collection of samples was conducted by survey through questionnaires. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the auditor as many as 175 questionnaires. The method used in this research is the statistical method of confirmatory factor analysis, regression and analysis of pathways through SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable supportive work environment and compensation significantly affect the dependent variable employee retention is mediated by organizational engagement in the Rural Bank in Batam.
