Abstract
Pembangunan gedung Mall Park Avenue yang berlokasi di Batam ini merupakan pembangunan mewah yang memiliki konsep hijau yang menarik. Dalam proses pembangunan ini, pembangunan gedung mengalami keterlambatan yang begitu signifikan. Disini lah fungsi management proyek yang baik di perlukan agar proses pembangunan suatu bangunan atau gedung dapat di monitor dengan baik sehingga suatu proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal yang akan maupun telah susun. Dalam proses pembangunan gedung Mall Park Avenue ini peneliti telah menyusun hasil ujikaji dan disusun dengan metode manajemen proyek yang saat ini telah sering di pakai dalam pembangunan proyek yaitu PERT-type system. Dalam uji kaji ini peneliti menemukan hasil pekerjaan akan selesai dengan durasi 128 hari dan memiliki peluang selesai pekerjaan proyek Mall Park Avenue ini hanya diangka 50% dan paling lama pekerjaan ini bisa selesai dengan presentasi 99.79% dengan durasi 150 hari. ********************************************************************** The construction of the Park Avenue Mall building located in Batam is a luxury development that has an attractive green concept. In this development process, building construction experienced significant delays. Here is a good project management function that is needed so that the building process of a building or building can be properly monitored so that a project can run in accordance with an arranged schedule. In the process of building the Park Avenue Mall building researchers have compiled the results of the examination and compiled with project management methods that are now often used in the construction of projects namely PERT-type system. In this review test the researchers found the results of the work would be completed with a duration of 128 days and had the opportunity to finish the project of Park Avenue Mall, which was only estimated at 50% and at the longest this work could be completed with a presentation of 99.79% and 150 days.
