Abstract

Sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang, persaingan dalam memberikan produk yang berkualitas berkembang pesat. Sehinga perusahaan berusaha menghasilkan produk yang efektif kepada konsumen. Dalam pekerjaan konstruksi kota Batam, sering ditemukan terdapat perbedaan mutu bangunan dibandingkan dengan konstrusi diluar Batam seperti Jakarta dan Singapura. Dengan demikian diperlukan analisis terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu bangunan kota Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada proyek konstruksi perumahan di kota Batam. Setelah hasil dari responden diperoleh, dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji frekuensi. Dalam penelitian ini , didapatkan tingkat validitas 96% , tingkat reliabilitas 0.918 serta faktor yang menjadi faktor dominan terhadap ketepatan mutu dalam pekerjaan konstruksi adalah proses kerja yang dikontrol dengan surat izin kerja dengan rata-rata 4.1667. ********************************************************************** In Project Constructions, a Project Manager has the responsibility to maint In accordance with current developments, competition in providing quality products is growing rapidly. So that the company tries to produce products that are effective to consumers. In Batam city construction work, it is often to found that there are differences in building quality compared to construction in Jakarta and Singapore. So there need an analysis of the factors that affect the quality of Batam city building is needed. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to residential construction projects in Batam city. After the results of the respondents are obtained, the validity test, reliability test and frequency test are conducted. In this study, 96% validity was obtained, reliability level 0.918 and the factors that became the dominant factor in the accuracy of quality in construction work were work processes controlled by work permit letters with an average of 4.1667.
