Abstract
Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan property investment decision making. Investment decision making adalah bagaimana seseorang dalam proses pemilihan keputusan terhadap penanaman modal agar memilih alternatif dan jenis usaha yang tepat. Variable yang dipilih mencakup accounting information, self image/firm image coindence, neutral information, advocate recommendations, dan personal financial need. Objek penelitian yang dilakukan adalah investor properti yang ada di Kota Batam. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 300 dan yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 250 kuesioner. Hasil akhir dari penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa accounting information memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif dan keempat lainnya berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap investment decision. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this research was to discuss about property investment decision. Investment decision is how someone in the process of choosing a decision on investment must choose the right alternative and type of business. The chosen variables include accounting information, self image / firm image coindence, neutral information, advocate recommendations, and personal financial need. The object of the research was property investors in Batam City. The researcher distributed 300 questionnaires and 250 questionnaires could be used for this study. The final results of the study concluded that accounting information has a significant negative effect and the other four have a significant positive effect on investment decision.
