Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi nilai, citra, kondisi lingkungan, tata bangunan, dekorasi bangunan, tanda simbol, yang menciptakan sebuah perasaan senang dan sebuah niat perilaku terhadap hotel di Kota Batam. Variabel yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi nilai, citra, kondisi lingkungan, tata bangunan, dekorasi bangunan, tanda simbol, kesenangan dan niat perilaku. Populesi dari penilitian adalah wisatawan lokaloyang ada di Kota Batam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan lokal yang sering berkunjung ke hotel di Batam yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Penelitian ini juga mengunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa nilai persepsi nilai, citra, kondisi lingkungan, tata bangunan, dekorasi bangunan, tanda simbol berpengaruh signifikan positif pada kesenangan, variable nilai persepsi nilai, citra, kondisi lingkungan, tata bangunan, dekorasi bangunan, tanda simbol berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap niat perilaku, dan variabel kesenangan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap niat perilaku. ********************************************************************** The function of this study to found the effect of parceived value,image,ambience condition, layout, décor, sign symbol, pleasure and behavioral intentions which is creates a satisfaction effect and behavioral intentions towards hotel customer in Batam city. The variables used is perceived value, image, ambience condition, layout, decor, sign symbol, pleasure, and behavioral intention. The population of the study is local tourists in Batam City. The sample used in this study is local tourists who often visit hotel in Batam City which are selected using the snowball sampling method. This study also uses multiple regression tests. The results of the study stated that the perceived value, image,ambience condition, layout, decor, sign symbol had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, perceived value, image, ambience condition, layout, decor, sign symbol has a significant positive effect an behavioral intention, satisfaction had a significant positive effect on behavioral intention.
