Abstract

********************************************************************** Environmental pollution is a fairly dangerous problem that must be dealt with seriously. The problem is that the consequences of environmental pollution not only have a negative impact on the environment. However, it also has a negative impact on living things. For example human, animals and other living things. Environmental pollution can occur directly from the consequences of human activities or indirectly. Environmental pollution does not only harm one party but can harm and involve many parties. Especially in the modern era like today, international activities which are relations between countries in doing business are one of the main factors of environmental pollution that can occur. In this case, the researcher conducted a study of one of the effects of environmental pollution caused by ship collisions at sea that occurred in Indonesia which was an indirect result of international activities between countries. In conducting research on this case, researchers used a normative research method that uses secondary data and is a library study. Where the author will analyze the collected data and then conduct research based on relevant regulations.
