Abstract
Kecelakaan kerja merupakan suatu kejadian yang terjadi akibat kurangnya kewaspadaan pekerja terhadap keselamatan dirinya dan juga dapat terjadi karena kurangnya perhatian dari pihak perusahaan akan pengadaan sistem manajemen keselamatan, mengingat di Indonesia kecelakan masih menjadi suatu masalah serius yang sering terjadi di ranah pekerjaan konstruksi Indonesia. Dampak buruk yang diakibatkan dari kecelakaan kerja antara lain kerugian finansial serta terpotongnya masa pekerjaan suatu proyek. Kinerja para karyawan dapat dipengaruhi beberapa aspek antara lain kesehatan dan keselamatan serta pengadaan sistem manajemen keselamatan, dalam lingkungan proyek karyawan merupakan asset penting bagi perusahaan karena karyawanlah yang menjalankan progress pekerjaan, oleh karena itu pihak perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan para karyawan agar selalu berada pada kondisi yang baik serta terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian dilakukan mengguna pendekatan kuesioner dengan tingkat populasi sebanyak 300 orang pekerja dan dengan mengambil data sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan Software SmartPLS. Bedasarkan hasil identifikasi penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesehatan kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, keselamatan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sistem manajemen keselamatan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R-Square diperoleh sebesar 0.585, hal ini membuktikan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja dan sistem manajemen keselamatan sebesar 58% sedangkan untuk 42% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Kata kunci: Kesehatan kerja, Keselamatan kerja, Kinerja karyawan, Sistem manajemen keselamatan. ********************************************************************** Occupational accident is an event that occurs due to lack of awareness of workers to their safety and also canoccur due to lack of attention from the company will the procurement of safety management system, considering that in Indonesia accidents are still a serious problem that often occurs in the realm of Indonesia's construction work. The adverse effects of work accidents include financial losses and thecutting- off of a project's work. Employee performance may be affected by several aspects such as health and safety and procurement. Safety management system, within the employee project environment is an important asset for the company because it is the employees who run the job progress, therefore the company needs to pay attention to the employees in order to always be in a condition that good and avoid work accidents. The study was conducted using a questionnaire approach with a population level of 300 workers and by taking sample data of 80 people. The data collected is then processed using the help of Smart PLS Software. Based on the result of research identification, it can be concluded that the work Health (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, work Safety (X2) has significant effect on employee performance, safety management system (X3) has significant effect on employee performance. R-Square value obtained for 0.585 this proves that the employee's performance is influenced by work safety, occupational health and safety management system by 58% while for the remaining 42% influenced by the other factor.
