Abstract

Kinerja peusahaan merupakan tolak ukur penting yang sering digunakan oleh banyak pihak baik itu pemilik perusahaan ataupun investor. Kinerja perusahaan dapat menjelaskan seberapa baik perusahaan tersebut dalam mengatur kegiatan internal perusahaan dan eksternal mulai dari penjualan hingga public relationship dan marketing. Maka dari itu mengetahui informasi menganai faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan tentu saja dibutuhkan. Objek perusahaan yang digunakan adalah total 35 perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Saham Indonesia mulai dari tahun 2013-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dokumenter dikarenakan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis data laporan keuangan yang di terbitkan oleh perushaan terkait. Program yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data di dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS vesi 20 yang menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, likuiditas, pendapatan-pengeluaran, pengembangan keuangan, margin bunga, keadaan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kegiatan sosial perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. ********************************************************************** Firm performance is the useful benchmark that often use by many institution as well as the company even the investor itself. Firm performance can describe how good the company run and control internal and external affair form sales to public relationship and marketing. Therefore from knowing information about what is affecting firm performance can proof to be useful. Reseach object used in this reseach is consist of total 35 banks that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange form year 2013-2017. Research methodology used in this reseach is documenter method because this reseach is done with analyzing data from financial report published by the company itself. Program used for this research to analyze data is SPPS version 20 for getting information about impact of dependent variable to independent variable. Result in this reseach show that firm size giving negative signifcant influance to firm performance, liquidity, cost-income, financial development, net interest margin, economic condition giving positive influance to firm performance, corporate social responsibility giving no influance to firm performance.
