Abstract
Tujuan penelitianiini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Delegasi dan Motivasi terhadap Performa Organisasi pada hotel klasifikasi bintang dua dan tiga di kota Batam. Populasi penelitian merupakan perwakilan karyawan yang bekerja di 5 penginapan pilihan yaitu D’Merlion Hotel, GGI Hotel, Hans Inn, Fresh One Hotel dan Gloris Hotel. Populasi obyektif untuk pemeriksaan adalah 176 pekerja. Metode simple randomisampling digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel, sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 122 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Data analisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil darilpenelitian ini menyatakanlbahwa variabel Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Delegasi dan Motivasi memilikilpengaruh signifikan positiflterhadap Performa Organisasi. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian, hotel dapat mempertimbangkan untuk melibatkan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta memberi penghargaan kepada karyawan yang berprestasi baik dalam pekerjaan. ********************************************************************** The target of this examination is to look at the effect of representative Empowerment, Delegation and Motivation on Organizational Performance of two star and three star lodging in Batam.
