Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Optimalisasi Kemudahan Pelayanan Investasi melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Batam, di dalam penelitan ini penulis membahas mengenai sejauh mana bentuk kemudahan pelayanan investasi yang sudah dilakukan oleh Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Batam dan apakah telah berjalan dengan sebagaimana mestinya. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah jenis penelitian hukum empiris, dalam artian penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis melihat hukum dalam artian nyata dan meneliti bagaimana hukum bekerja di lingkungan masyarakat dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah Data Primer sebagai data utama dan Data Sekunder sebagai data pendukung. Data Primer yang digunakan penulis adalah wawancara dan observasi di PTSP Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap Optimalisasi Kemudahan Pelayanan Investasi melalui Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Batam ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk kemudahan dalam pelayanan investasi di kota Batam yang dilakukan oleh PTSP sudah ada secara fisik berupa OSS (Online Single Submission), namun sejauh ini masih ada beberapa kendala dan hambatan dan sedang dalam tahap persiapan ke arah yang lebih baik berupa sosialiasi dan simulasi, kesiapan sistem informasi dan SDM, perancangan dan pembuatan aturan berupa RDTR untuk keefektifan OSS dan penambahan waktu operasional PTSP. ********************************************************************** The author conducted a study entitled Optimizing the Ease of Investment Services through the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the Batam Public Service Mall, in this research the author discusses the extent of the ease of investment services that have been carried out by One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) in Malls Batam City Public Service and whether it is running properly. In this study, the type of research that I use is a type of empirical legal research, in the sense that the research conducted by the author sees the law in real terms and examines how the law works in the community and the type of data used is Primary Data as primary data and Secondary Data as supporting data. Primary data used by the author are interviews and observations at PTSP Mall Public Service in Batam City. Based on the results of research on the Optimization of the Ease of Investment Services through the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in Batam City Public Service Mall, it can be concluded that the form of convenience in investment services in Batam which is done by PTSP already exists physically in the form of OSS (Online Single Submission), but so far there are still a number of constraints and obstacles and are in the preparation stage for a better direction in the form of socialization and simulation, readiness of information and human resources systems, designing and making rules in the form of RDTR for OSS effectiveness and additional operating time for PTSP.
