Abstract
Sisa Material merupakan limbah pemakaian konstruksi yang termasuk dalam kategori material rusak/sampah, sisa material diakibatkan dari kelebihan jumlah kebutuhan suatu material yang dibutuhkan dalam proses konstruksi tanpa menambah nilai tambah dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Proyek Grand Batam Mall menjadi tempat strudi kasus penelitian. Pengadaan kebuthan material harus memiliki suatu manajemen tertentu agar setiap material yang datang dapat berguna dalam kondisi apapun selama masa konstruksi berlangsung. Peran manajamen material juga diperlukan untuk meminimalisir material yang berlebih, sehingga material dapat digunakan secara pas dan akurat sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis waste level dan waste cost, mengkaji penyebab terjadinya sisa material dan mengkaji langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan untuk meminimalisasikan sisa material konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fishbone untuk mengetahui penyebab dari sisa material. Material yang ditinjau antara lain adalah pembesian dikarenakan besi merupakan suatu material umum yang selalu digunakan dalam pembangunan apapun, Struktur yang di tinjau yaitu Struktur Pile Cap, Kolom dan Balok dengan Data Material dan Shop Drawing sebagai acuan dalam menghitung tingkat kebutuhan dan sisa material. Hasil dari penelitian didapat waste level terbesar yaitu 8,3% pada baja tulangan diameter 20 mm dan waste cost terbesar yaitu Rp50.313.960,00 pada baja tulangan diameter 19 mm. Nilai waste level 8,3% lebih besar dari rata-rata nilai waste level untuk material besi yang diizinkan sebesar 5%, dengan kata lain terdapat pemborosan material besi pada Proyek Pembangunan Grand Batam Mall. Kata kunci: Kebutuhan Material, Manajemen Material, Proyek Konstruksi, Sisa Material ********************************************************************** Material Remaining is a construction waste that is included in the category of damaged / waste material, the remaining material is caused by the excess amount of a material needed in the construction process without adding added value in a construction project. The Grand Batam Mall project is a study case study center. Procurement of material needs must have a certain management so that any material that comes in can be useful in any condition during the construction period. The role of material management is also needed to minimize excess material, so that the material can be used precisely and accurately as needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the waste level and waste cost, examine the causes of the remaining material and examine the steps that must be taken to minimize the remaining construction material. This study uses the fishbone method to determine the cause of the remaining material. Materials reviewed include cleaning because iron is a common material that is always used in any development, the structure that is reviewed is the structure of Pile Cap, Column and Beam with Material Data and Shop Drawing as a reference in calculating the level of needs and residual material. The results of the study obtained the greatest level of waste is at 8.3% on a 20 mm diameter steel bars and the biggest cost is Rp50.313.960,00 waste on a 19 mm diameter steel bars. Value waste level 8.3% higher than the average value for the level of waste iron materials permitted by 5%, in other words there is a wastage of ferrous material on Development Projects Grand Batam Mall.
