Abstract
In this study, we analyzed the factors that effect to the success of ERP system’s implementation at shipyard company in Batam with observation in 2011. The statistical methods that used in this research is regression analysis. Independent variables are Top Management Support, Effective Project Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Choose of Software and Hardware, Education and Training and Vendor’s Support and while the dependent variable is Success of ERP System’s Implementation. This results indicated that Business Process Reengineering, Vendor’s Support do not have a significant effect with Success of ERP Implementation and Top Management Support, Effective Project Management, Choose of Software and Hardware, and Education dan Training have a significant effect with Success of ERP Implementation. Keyword: Top Management Support, Effective Project Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Choose of Software and Hardware, Education and Training and Vendor’s Support and Success of ERP System’s Implementation.
