Abstract

A success organization can be seen from the level of effectiveness, productivity, and turnover. It shown from the employees work attitudes and behaviors level. One of the factor is from the reward systems in the organization, which consist of monetary rewards and non-monetary rewards. In order to decrease confounding results and increase the credibility of this study, a specific moderating model was further tested before making a final conclusion. Research object is bank employees, about 150 questioners which spread away to the 5 commercial banks and 5 BPRs. Analysis equipment data use the simple and multiple regression. Research result showed four important findings, firstly pay distribution system significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Secondly, pay distribution system significantly correlated with job commitment. Thirdly, interaction between pay distributive system and distributive justice insignificantly correlated with job satisfaction. Finally, interaction between pay distributive system and distributive justice significantly correlated with job commitment.
