Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable consumer ethical beliefs and relationship quality in influencing consumer unethical behavior. Object of research is on the supermarket. The collection of samples in the study non probability using random sampling. Methods of sample collection by purposive sampling technique which data collection techniques by considering certain criteria. Samples were taken using comparative observations for each parameter is 1:5, which means every single question to be answered by a minimum of 5 respondents, the minimum sample should be used is as much as 210 but to anticipate the occurrence of errors in the questionnaire, the sample is added to 250 samples by the number of 42 questions. The question consists of 11 questions regarding consumer unethical behavior, 13 questions regarding consumer ethical beliefs, and 18 questions related to relationship quality, namely satisfaction, trust, and commitment. The results showed that there is influence between consumer ethical beliefs against consumer unethical behavior, while the other stated the relationship between the variables do not affect the consumer unethical behavior.
