Abstract

the aim of this study is to examine the effect of relationship between all dimensions of corporate (quality performance, customer satisfaction, loyalty, entrepreneurial orientation, extent of value adding activity of a foreign subsidiary) on firms’ financial performance in Batam. The research of this study has been conducted from 195 responden employees, and 195 responden being a customer in manufactur company. Method for the Samples selection is using non-probability method with purposive sampling and the population is employee and customer manufactur in Batam by totals sample as much 374 respondents. Sample of this research is employee and customer of food, beverages and tobacco, textile and healty by using of analysis multi regression statistic method. The result of this study has positif relationship of quality performance, proactiveness, competitive aggresiveness, risk taking, and extent of value adding activity to financial performance, and there has negative relationship of customer satisfaction with financial performance, when company improve their product customer will feel satisfaction with their product and make a behavioral loyalty. With behaviral loyalty can improve financial performance. Company can move to be more active with take a new posision in the market, and make some competitive aggresiveness in market and employee can doing enterpreneurial orientation.
