Abstract

Informal relations in the banking world is the overall organizational goals and objectives of its employees with co-workers on the formation of informal relationships ultimately influence employee motivation. Therefore, job creation Facilitation motivation and relationship motivation is very influential on social inclusion and interorganization workplace information exchange. Giving jobs Facilitation of employee motivation will give you the opportunity to achieve other desired goals through interorganizational information exchange. The population in this study is the bank in Batam. Sample selection method using probability sampling with sample selection area. Data were obtained through questionnaires to 100 respondents. Analysis tool using the path with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there are significant job facilitation motivation and relationship motivation to interorganization information exchange. Further job facilitation motivation and relationship motivation towards workplace social inclusion.
