Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate governance and the level of a company's financial leverage on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that the audit committee, board size, independent directors, ownership concentration, financial leverage, firm size, return on assets, and sales growth has a significant impact on firm value. These results also indicate that the audit committee meeting, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and industry dummy has no significant effect on firm value.
