Abstract

Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Indonesia ke Singapura menduduki peringkat pertama di antara wisatawan mancanegara lainnya. Tingkat kunjungan yang tinggi dapat terjadi karena adanya wisatawan yang berkunjung kembali yang digerakan berdasarkan niat wisatawan tersebut. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dianggap mampu mempengaruhi niat wisatawan Indonesia untuk berkunjung kembali ke Singapura, salah satunya ialah tourist satisfaction. Namun faktor tersebut ternyata masih dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain, diantaranya adalah destination image, push factors dan pull factors. Faktor-faktor tersebut juga dianggap mampu untuk mempengaruhi secara langsung niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke Singapura. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh dari destination image, push factors, pull factors dan tourist satisfaction terhadap niat wisatawan Indonesia untuk berkunjung kembali ke Singapura. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui sosial media dengan teknik snowball sampling. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan terkumpul 407 data yang kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pengujian yang tedapat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor tersebut mampu mempengaruhi niat wisatawan Indonesia untuk berkunjung kembali ke Singapura. Hasil tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi ilmiah dan kajian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi niat wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke suatu destinasi. Dimana setiap kajian tersebut dapat menjadi gambaran kepada pelaku pariwisata Indonesia untuk mengembangkan destinasi-destinasi maupun daerah-daerah wisata yang ada di Indonesia.-----------------------------------------------------The total of Indonesian’s tourist visiting Singapore reach the first place among other tourist from other country. The highest rate can be achieved because some of the tourist revisit the place that moved by their own intention. There are several factors that can affect revisit intention of Indonesian’s tourist to Singapore, one of the factor is tourist satisfaction. In facts, the factor still can be affected by other factors such as destination image, push factors and pull factors. All those factors are also considered as a capable factor that can directly affect the revisit intention of Indonesian’s tourist. The study was conducted to examine the effects of destination image, push factors, pull factors and tourist satisfaction toward revisit intention of Indonesian’s tourist. The research data was collected trough questionnaires that distributed trough social media with the snowball sampling technique. Based on the questionnaires that has been distributed, there’s 407 data were collected which used as the basic data for all analysis method that was used in this study. The results showed that those factors were able to affect the revisit intention of Indonesian’s tourist to Singapore. The result is expected to be able to provide scientific contributions and studies about factors that can affect revisit intention. Each of studies can become illustration for all tourism expert in Indonesia to develop and provide better tourist destination in Indonesia.
