Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart). Penulis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda sebagai metodologi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang terkumpul untuk diolah menjadi data penelitian adalah 249 sampel atau data primer dari objek penelitian yaitu karyawan PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) di 2 (dua) kecamatan Sekupang dan Batam Kota. Berdasarkan hasil uji data yang telah diolah didapati bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.---------This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart). The author used multiple regression analysis method as a methodology in this study. The samples collected to be processed into research data were 249 samples or primary data from the research object, namely employees of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart) in 2 (two) sub-districts of Sekupang and Batam Kota. Based on the results of the data, it is found that the variables of leadership style, work environment and organizational culture have positive and significant influence on the dependent variable job satisfaction and employee performance.
