Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen yang dengan minat pembelian sepeda motor sebagai variabel dependen. Minat pembelian didefenisikan sebagai sebuah kecenderungan konsumen untuk membeli suatu merek atau mengambil tindakan yangberhubungan dengan pembelian yang diukur dengan tingkat kemungkinan konsumen melakukan pembelian. Minat pembelian merupakan bagian dari komponen perilaku konsumen dan kecenderungan responden untuk bertindak sebelum keputusan membeli benar-benar dilaksanakan. Responden penelitian ini merupakan pembeli sepeda motor di Batam yang ditemui di beberapa gerai penjualan sepeda motor dan kemudian dibagikan kuesioner pada mereka untuk mendapatkan data penelitian. Sebanyak 185 responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penlitian ini dari sebanyak 200 kuesioner yang disebarkan. Data tersebut kemudian di analisa dengan beberapa uji SPSS untuk dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membawa manfaat bagi dealer sepeda motor di Batam dan juga mahasiswa peneliti. Untuk penelitian kedepannya ada saran dan masukan yang juga sudah dimasukkan dalam penelitian.-----------------------------------This study aims to examine the relationship between the independent variables with the interest in purchasing a motorcycle as the dependent variable. Purchase interest is defined as a tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take action related to the purchase as measured by the level of the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. Purchasing interest is part of the component of consumer behavior and the tendency of respondents to act before the buying decision is actually implemented. The respondents of this study were motorcycle buyers in Batam who were met at several motorcycle sales outlets and then distributed questionnaires to them to obtain research data. A total of 185 respondents participated in this study from a total of 200 questionnaires distributed. The data is then analyzed with several SPSS tests to draw conclusions from the results of this study. The results of this study are expected to bring benefits to motorcycle dealers in Batam and also research students. For future research, there are suggestions and input which have also been included in the research.
