Abstract

Wisata kuliner memiliki daya tarik bagi wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara, mulai dari makanan tradisional hingga makanan fast food. Kota Batam menjadi destinasi wisata bagi masyarakat Singapura dan Malaysia di akhir pecan, karena letaknya berdekatan. Perjalanan dapat ditempuh dengan menggunakan kapal lamanya hanya satu jam. Kota Batam pada akhir pekan banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan dari Singapura dan Malaysia untuk Wisata kuliner ataupun belanja. Daya Tarik yang utama adalah wisata kuliner karena harga makanan lebih murah dibanding dengan negaranya, Singapura dan Malaysia. Selain harga makanan yang murah, kualitas pelayanan, makanan, dan suasana perlu ditingkatkan untuk menjaga agar wisatawan beniat untuk berkunjung kembali datang ke Btama khususn untuk Wisata kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, proses penelitian ini mengunakan data yang dikumpulkan berupa angka untuk mendapatkan data yang ingin diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur sejauh mana variabel (x) kualitas pelayanan, makanan, suasana dan harga, mempengaruhi variabel (y) niat berkunjung kembali ke restoran di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang diteliti kualitas pelayanan, makanan, suasana dan harga dapat mempengaruhi niat seseorang untuk berkunjung kembali wisatawan ke suatu tempat atau restoran. Pebisnis kuliner di restoran Kota Batam diharapkan dapat menyediakan dan melayani wisatawan dengan baik, selain harga makanan Kualitas pelayan dan suasana dan kenyamanan sangat mempengaruhi wisatawan.------------------Culinary tourism has an attraction for local and foreign tourists, from traditional food to fast food. Batam City becomes a tourist destination for Singaporeans and Malaysians on weekends because of its proximity. The trip can be reached by boat which only takes one hour. Batam City on weekends is visited by many tourists from Singapore and Malaysia for culinary tours or shopping. The main attraction is culinary tourism because food prices are cheaper than the countries: Singapore and Malaysia. In addition to cheap food prices, the quality of service, food, and atmosphere needs to be improved to keep tourists intending to come back to Batam, especially for culinary tours. This research uses quantitative methods, the research process uses data collected in the form of numbers to get the data desired. This study aims to measure the extent to which the X variable (service quality, food, atmosphere and price) affects the Y variable (intention to return to restaurants in Batam City). The results of the study concluded that the factors studied were service quality, food, atmosphere and price which could influence a person's intention to revisit tourists to a place or restaurant. Culinary businessmen in Batam City restaurants are expected to be able to provide and serve tourists well, in addition to the price of food, the quality of the waiters and the atmosphere and comfort greatly affect tourists.
