Abstract

Bintan adalah pulau terbesar di provinsi Kepulauan Riau, yang terdiri dari beberapa pulau kecil dan besar. Ibukota dari provinsi Kepualuan Riau adalah Tanjung Pinang. Di pulau bintan ini terdapat banyak resor yang mengundang para wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Di sini terdapat banyak keindahan alam terutama yang paling terkenal adalah pantai pasir putihnya. Salah satu resor yang terdapat di pulau Bintan adalah Bintan Lagoon Resort. Bintan Lagoon Resort merupakan resor terbesar di pulau Bintan dengan luas 300 hektar yang memiliki keindahan pantai dan lapangan golf yang luas. Tujuan penulisan laporan kerja pratek ini adalah untuk mengetahui tugas dan kewajiban seorang trainee di Bintan Lagoon Resort serta segala kegiatan yang dilakukan seorang trainee departemen Pastry dan Bakery. Memberikan informasi dan gambaran bagi para pembaca yang akan training di Bintan Lagoon Resort untuk kedepannya. Penulisan laporan ini juga bertujuan untuk memenuhi syarat kelulusan program studi Pariwisata. Dengan kerjapratek di Bintan Lagoon Resort departemen pastry dan bakery penulis memperoleh banyak ilmu serta pengalaman. Disini penulis juga mempelajari pembuatan produk-produk pastry dan bakery serta penulis mengetahui resep produk pastry dan bakery. ********************************************************************** Bintan is the largest island in the province of Riau Islands, which consists of several islands. The capital city of Riau Islands is Tanjung Pinang. On this Bintan island there are a lot of resorts that attract tourists. Here there are a lot of natural resources but the most popular of them all is the beautiful white sands beaches. One of the resorts on this island is Bintan Lagoon Resort. This resort is the largest resort on the island with an area of 300 hectares which has a beautiful beach and extensive golf courses. The purpose of writing this on job training report is to find out the duties and obligations of a trainee at Bintan Lagoon Resort and all the activities that carried out by a Pastry and Bakery department trainee. Furthermore, the author wants to provide informations for all the reader that are going on job training at Bintan Lagoon Resort. This report is to also fulfill the requirement for graduating from Tourism study degree. With going on job training at Bintan Lagoon Resort in pastry and bakery department the author gets a lot of knowledges. Here the author also learns to make a lot of products and receipes.
