Abstract

Tujuan dari penulis melakukan kerja praktek pada restoran JC Garden Vegetarian adalah memberikan solusi yang menggunakan stategi promotion mix dengan tujuan agar nanti nya JC Garden Vegetarian lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat kota Batam ataupun diluar Batam. Penulis juga melakukan penelitian (survey), pengamatan (observasi), dan dokumentasi. Strategi pertama yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah membuat akun instragram untuk mengaplikasikan metode digital marketing, serta mendesain tampilan feed instagram, mengingat sosial media sendiri adalah senjata promosi yang paling banyak di lirik masyarakat di era sekarang. Setelah itu penulis menggunakan strategi sales promotion dengan membuat paketan menu diskon dan kupon diskon dengan syarat dan ketentuan tertentu. Melalui kegiatan kerja praktek ini pemilik restoran JC Garden Vegetarian ini mendapatkan peningkatan pelanggan dan hasil penjualan lebih dari sebelum diterapkan strategi promosi ini. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this practical work in JC Garden Vegetarian restaurant is to provide a solution that utilized a promotion mix strategies in order tp promote JC Garden Vegetarian restaurant in and outside of Batam. The author also conduct a survey, observation, and documentation. Digital marketing was the first strategy implemented by creating instagram account and design the look of instagram’s feed . knowing that instagram is the most social media nowsadays. After that, author used sales promotion stategy by creating menu bundle and discount coupon with certain and condition. Through this implementation, the owner of the restaurant obtain an increase in custumer base and increasing of sales compared to before.
